Walking outside. Lots and lots of walking outside. 15,000-20,000 steps a day.
If you're going to walk anyways, might as well ruck. Adding weight in a rucksack to your walk drastically improves the benefits while still maintaining the relatively low-impact. I ruck decently regularly with 50 pounds, but even lower weight amounts (20? 30?) can do wonders.
I just finished a really good book recently and in it the author talks about rucking and how great it is for your health. Now that I’ve read about it here it has to be great!
