My primary concern is that I can cut back the cost of my portfolio with 50%. As I believe the Bogle philosofy argues to invest in low-cost funds. I am not trying to chase performance in the sense of taking guesses which sector, stock, etc will outperform the other.That would be performance chasing, for sure.
