Servus,

The good thing with investing is that it's almost never an all or nothing dilemma. It won't make a big difference if you do 100% equities or 90% equities.
I've found out that I have a pretty robust risk tolerance (2008 & 2020), but I would never go 100% equities. Each asset class has its own risk characteristic, and at your level you can afford some "won-the-game" safety buffer against some types of scenarios.

You could buy a home each year with the 1m you receive that year, so saving liquidity for buying the home is probably not necessary.

You seem to already have thought about the 100k deposit limit (splitting across several banks), keep that also in mind when receiving your payments.

Using solely VWCE should be ok. You could also add another ETF at another broker if you feel you need that kind of diversification. For details regarding taxes etc you'll be better off of asking in a German context like reddit/Finanzen.

Whatever you do, any way (all VWCE or as the polar opposite - all cash) you'll be very wealthy unless you do a major foul-up (going with Buffett - avoid major mistakes).

Good luck!
