from Giant, we get the balsamic that comes from Modena, Italy, so look for that. The price does vary from $9.99 to $199 (not at Giant, but balsamic vinegars in general). We get the cheaper brand (it's unaged) but adequate for cooking. The expensive aged ones are more for dipping on breads and used in salads (more refined) and more expensive.Thank you! I like both ideas. Just one more question where to you get your bals@mic vinegar? It is relatively expensive. Costco?
for balsamic: we do around a pound and a half I think. Enough that there are four servings so we have leftovers. Whatever fits in your largest frying pan.
For the tangy ranch we fill up a 8x8 inch corningware casserole dish. Again we use about 1 1/2 pounds and we use tenders but you can use whatever you want.
