I agree with bonesly that your EF may not be large enough if you're worried about the length of time to find a job.
How many months of expenses (net of your spouses income) is your 70K EF? Is this sufficient time to find a new job?
This job situation is uncoupled from your retirement portfolio asset allocation, in my opinion. Your retirement portfolio is larger at this point in time with having had less allocated to fixed income... larger is better.
Perhaps you've become more averse to volatility now with your job situation? If so, I wouldn't make any rash changes in a time (likely temporary) of stress.
