IRRMA is based on income two years back and one year only (Jan-Dec) for income from 2 years back.

Get a notice in November 2024 for the IRRMA surcharge in all of 2025 (Jan-Dec) based on income in 2023.

IRRMA resets in 2026 (Jan-Dec), based in income from 2024, get a notice in Nov 2025.
