I do not count my primary residence as part of my net worth. Hence, it is 0%. This is probably not the answer that you are looking for.

Same, I don't count home as part of net worth. Actually I don't have a net worth just total investments/cash saved for living/retirement.

Live in a HCOL but don't plan to move so its value isn't something to count on (outside of heloc/refi) to use for living/retirement.
If I planned to sell and move then I would count my home for its potential "net worth".
