It's a known problem and has been reported on the Fidelity subreddit and confirmed by Fidelity customer service. Another reminder that Fidelity is not a bank and should not be used --the promotional materials tout it is as good as a bank, but the account agreement and terms and conditions basically say not to trust it to function.
