Internet: $49.95 per month for DSL, 7 Mbps down, 1 up. Local provider, but CenturyLink copper. It’s my only option outside of satellite service like Starlink. It’s perfectly fine for my needs.

Television: I don’t own a TV. No cable, no regular streaming services. I watch a fair amount of free YouTube (Brave browser so no ads), and I do pay $30 or so per year for Nebula, an educational streaming service operated by a bunch of YouTubers for hosting long-form documentaries.
