Are you charging her rent? Paying for college? Kids now a days think they can have everything at 20 that us parents finally had at 40, or older. I would charge her rent, take away any credit cards and let her figure it out. Paying college tuition is one thing, but a free ride during the summer while working is not.
I pay her full college room and board, and a monthly allowance for misc expenses (shopping, eating, coffeeshops etc). Feels wrong to charge her rent (cultural thing I guess) but I'll discuss stopping the allowance so she can save up this money and use it as her 'allowance' for next year.
