FWIW, back in December 2019 I initiated a one-life, five-year annuity, which was the fastest way to cash out some non-liquid TIAA trad I had in an old GRA plan. Additional amounts were paid every year, but varied from about 1.76% to 3.7% above the guaranteed (contractual) amount. Not a very long time line, so I wonder if, say, lifetime annuities under other plans had comparable % additional amounts over the same period.
Premium: $46,148.17 (Paid December 2019 from a GRA Plan).
