we have used Squaremouth on multiple prolonged overseas excursions, and have had one experience where we needed to actually use it. The claims process was smooth and non confrontational, and we were reimbursed per the contract within a couple of weeks. We are presently on a coastal tour of Norway and are covered by them again. Our experience has been positive.
