How do you make it search all the fund families available? I can only get it to search one fund family at a time. It looks like there are almost 400 fund families available.

Vanguard has a mutual fund screener. What did you find there?

I don't know. It's a terrible search. The ones at Schwab and Fidelity are much better. I have only found a couple of ultra-short treasury funds, they will eat you alive with expenses (1%+).
