For me I want the largest payment available since I worry most about my retirement savings lasting. So I will wait until 70.
Having done that, now I am pleased with the results. Long term, the annual COLA boosts on the slightly larger steady income, are noticeably helpful.

OP, do try to be saving so much now, that you are practicing at living on your future retirement income. That is helpful to make the transition easier, or to discover that you want to work longer.
