OP's taxable account is big enough that the dividend income of 90K per year will cover most of the cash need. So, this may not be a problem for OP.

Our spend is above 90K (more like 150K if I include discretionary travel), but I would definitely say that if we restricted spending to essentials we would be <90K, with the big ticket items being rent (26.6K) and Healthcare (29K). That Healthcare cost is without any ACA Subsidies and includes both Health and dental.
