Hello, I am with Fidelity and hold VOO,VTI and VXF in my taxable account. I am in the cumulation stage and was only buying and selling in the past for tax loss harvesting purposes.
Once time comes for deccumulation: how do you go about selling investments to withdraw cash: which time of the day, is there a temptation to sell at day’s “high”, any limit order etc.?
A similar question: how do you go about buying ETFs?
When you TLH, do you use limit orders (and do you recommend to use those in case of TLH)?
Thank you.
PS: If I were to go back, I would have bought mutual funds instead. I realize I don’t like daily fluctuations. My other accounts (Roth IRA, HSA etc) are index MFs pricing at NAV.
