I've been using Real Property Management Legends based out of Farmers Branch to manage my sfr in McKinney for the last year. It's not a huge firm (I think they manage about a hundred rental houses around DFW area), but I like that because they have been super responsive, hands on, and professional. It's run by Kent Lindloff. This was my first rental property and he held my hand through every step, from helping me pick a property, to handling the marketing and leasing, and of course responding to any service/maintenance issue. Honestly they made the whole process a lot simpler than I expected it to be. Oh, and they rented the property out within one week after closing at a competitive rate! And the tenants just renewed.
