I'm really sorry you're experiencing the mess that is Ascensus. Getting my last residuals transferred took weeks of calling and checking and re-checking. In my experience, basically you just have to hit the lottery and get the right customer service representative who is somewhat competent. I would keep calling and talking to new reps until someone helps you. I also highly encourage you to get in contact with the attorney about the class action. I'm not really someone who is quick to think legal action should be taken. But this experience with Ascensus has been honestly beyond what's reasonable. I think there should be some action taken.
Thank you GoldenBear17. sounds like I will need to keep calling frequently. I cant even tell from the behavior of the reps what will happen. The rep I spoke to last month knew what I was asking for, indicated it would happen, and was very professional. I was somewhat hopeful the transfer would happen. The most recent rep was originally rude and did not know what she was talking about initially, but I remained calm and persistent, and eventually, after she spoke with someone, she seemed to understand and assured me it will happen. Like most of us, I dont have a lot of time to sit around and call them regularly, So frustrating. I will contact the attorney, but would still love to hear the impressions of anyone else who has done so.
