Hello Bogleheads,

I have a child who is 24 years old, graduated with a well paying job and what looks like pretty good job security. He has a 6 month emergency fund built up. For the foreseeable next few years, if his budget plays out as expected, he'll be able to contribute about $25,000 total, in his 401k and taxable brokerage accounts, toward the long term (he does not plan to touch until retirement). He is a believer in the Bogleheads philosophy, so looking at VTI, VXUS and BND.

What allocation would you recommend for him to establish for those 3 funds?
Maximize 401k, then Roth IRA before taxable. HSA, if applicable.

VTI 100%
VXUS 0%
BND 0%
