That’s smart.

We tossed the cards that we thought didn’t apply. Hopefully, we won’t regret it. :?
Okay...here's an update.

I called the GEHA phone line listed on our ID cards. (The system actually hung up on me the first time when it didn't recognize the number I read out loud, without providing an opportunity to re-enter the info. Nice. This is what you pay for. I got through the second time by typing in my SSN.)

Anyway, the rep, who was extremely helpful, confirmed to me that the opt out letter which I had in hand during the conversation, was accurate and that I could ignore any of the Silver Script info I have received already or will receive. (I noticed via "Informed Delivery" from the USPS that a couple of pieces of mail from Medicare / Silver Script are inbound to my mailbox today, in fact.)

She also verified that the only card we need to carry is the GEHA card with the CVS / Caremark box on its face, and can ditch the others.

Hope that helps anyone else wondering which to carry and use if opting out.
Sounds very positive.

I hope that’s the last dealings that you have on this.
