The Wiki topic on Rebalancing is probably worth looking over.I am open to suggestions on rebalancing rules. I will admit to being somewhat confused about how to appropriately set up bands. Maybe something I should spend a weekend on.
This spreadsheet template might also be of help... it will highlight the "Current" and "Proposed" detlas if they're bigger than 5% magnitude, suggesting a rebalance is in order or that your proposed rebalance will bring the errors within tolerance or not (that threshold can be changed in the conditional formatting applied to those cells).
