How does the bank know who perpetrates fraud? What if you sold something to someone on Craigslist, then the buyer Zelles you the money, but they're unhappy with the item and demand their money back but you refuse. They complain that you're a fraudster. How would you feel if the bank turned off your account at that moment?
It's their job to know who perpetrates fraud AND how, not us. And they're doing their job miserably.
Why would you think that???

They are not a Law enforcement organization or a judicial one.
