Have you consulted with Vanguard VPAS?
What can they do for you?

Have you considered having Vanguard VPAS helping you open a brokerage account there, then moving your portfolio as needed there and structuring it for simplicity, costs and fees, etc, then discontinuing Vanguard VPAS at some point after they have everything set up for you and you feel comfortable DIY?
or
continue to pay the very very low fees of Vanguard VPAS (much lower than you are paying now)????

Have you considered posting on the forum a "portfolio review request"?
Your portfolio, etc, may not be as complex as you think. Experienced senior forum portfolio reviewers can help get you started on or at least "thinking about" (learning) how to simplify and optimize what you have.
