The advantage of lurking around there is you might discover common problems with these cars.
For #2, you can also use TMV above or try CarMax to get a rough idea of price. Not sure if CPO still includes a 100k warranty these days, but if it does, then you have to factor that in. Depending on deductible, that warranty itself is probably worth $4-6k.
One problem with very low mileage CPO cars is that they might be trade-ins from people that had an intermittent problem with the car that they couldn't get the service department to fix--annoying intermittent rattle, infotainment issue, etc.
