Few questions
1) It is a high end neighborhood. Sadly HOA so I dont think fence is a go. What kind of thorny plants do you recommend? I wish I could do razor wire around house but it seems like its not legal and considered booby trap
2) I want to install outdoor camera with motion activated lights. I dont want battery powered one for the obvious reason of needing to change it. Do you recommend solar powered one or just hire an electrician to wire from inside of the house and install it connected to household electricity.
3) Storm Door and basement bars may ruin the value of the house especially in a safe neighborhood with one of the best school districts. I am thinking of installing 3M anti burglary film which is more discreet
4) Deck is the main problem. Maybe hire someone to get rid of the stairway? Or i am thinking of installing mini door on the stairway and putting razor wire on the way up to main floor.
