I really don't think you need an advisor just to confirm which TDF to use, but if it provides an extra layer of comfort to your mom (or for you), then the two advice-only advisors I see most often identified here on this section of the forum are:You mentioned getting a one-time advice to simplify her portfolio, do you have any recommendations for this? I think doing this, with my mom present, would be very helpful for her too. I’ve been also wanting to consult with someone regarding my personal investments, so any recommendations would greatly be appreciated. ... Update: I just re-read your post, i see that the one-time advice is through me and all these recommendations, sounds like a plan.

Rick is booked out at least a year per his website and you'll pay about $1,000 for that initial review and setup. Plan Vision has expanded its staff, so you probably won't get Mark (rather someone on his team), but you're more likely to get an appointment sooner than seeing Rick, and the cost is lower (I think around $300), but more spreadsheet driven (you'll be providing all the inputs to their e-Money tool so if you make mistakes, then garbage in = garbage out).
I'll reiterate that you likely don't need an advisor and if you get her Taxable and IRA accounts into the "right" TDFs for your mom to sleep well at night, you're good to go. For your own situation, I'd recommend posting here on the forum in a new thread using the template for Asking Portfolio Questions, and based on comments/feedback you receive make a determination that you're good to go or you really want professional advice (preferably from a CFP, not just an RIA).
If you do seek that professional advice, I'd suggest Rick or PlanVision. If you go elsewhere for advice, be sure to read the following before hiring any advisor.
