Inquire if they plan to use any condensate pumps. If so try to force them to get creative and get everything to gravity drain. For example if a head unit is on an inside wall or even an outside wall where it might not be feasible to run a gravity drain line out, the quick solution is to put a small condensate pump in the unit, have it pump up a bit to the attic, then across to desired drain location. Even the best and quietest pumps produce a sound when they kick on (not great in a bedroom). Also the pump is another possible failure point. They don't last forever but should.
