Just for a different data point for folks, we’ve had a mochamaster for a decade now and have replaced exactly zero partsHowever, we found that while the main assembly seems to be extremely durable, that's not so for any of the plastic parts--including the carafe's stopper, the cone (an essential part because it regulates the flow rate), the cone's lid. And the carafe itself--we went through three of them. Replacements for all of these are available but exorbitantly priced (the carafe does not come with a stopper and the stopper is $15).
