I’ve got ~20K I want to invest long term in an IRA.
I’m new to investing and want to get some advice on specific companies people are looking at.
I believe that within my lifetime, these are the next waves that have long term growth potential, so I want to centralize my investments in these categories.

Any tickers I can research that people are bullish on for a very long time? And maybe drop what you think is special about the company relative to competitors in the space? Really appreciate any starting points.
As you've probably figured out by now, Bogleheads lean heavily toward index funds and not individual stocks. What you're asking is more like Coffee Can investing, where you'd hold a portfolio of high-quality stocks for an extended period, typically five years or more:

You can find many resources on coffee can investing on the web.
