DW and I are 54. At 57 we are projecting the following income stream:

2027 DW - $90,000 pension
2027 moi - $90,000 pension
2032(62) - DW ss $36,000
2035(65) - moi ss $50,000

2024 Real estate value $750,000.
2024 Total net assets - $2,100,000

Consumer debt - none

2024 investable assets - 1,350,000. 60/40. 20% international equity. Mainly Schwab ETFs. 10% Van Eck SMH.
457 ROTH/IRA - $405,000.

t457B/t401A - $835,000
$80,000-$100,000 yearly ROTH conversion until at minimum age 60, 2030.
$200,000 currently invested per year tax deferred and HYSA.
E fund - 4 month expenses

I have started a 2nd career part time. In 2027 I retire with pension. I will earn a projected $150,000 that year in 2nd career + pension. Plus wife's pension. $330,000 total.

2027 DW wants to retire for good. I feel very comfortable with this.

One caveat, 2027 we will purchase a 2nd home (cabin) for around $500,00 - $700,000. Likely put 50 % down. Pay off over 4 years. We plan on living there 4 months a year.

2027 yearly expense including taxes, healthcare, travel, etc., is projected at $130,000. $10,833 monthly.

Is there anything I am not accounting for?

Thank you
