Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Re: Fidelity as a one stop shop

Caught this in my June statement.

Effective August 22, 2024, the bank that issues the debit card associated with the Fidelity Account (R), Fidelity Cash Management Account and Fidelity Youth(R) Account is changing from PNC Bank N.A. to Leader Bank N.A. With this change, a fee will be assessed at PNC Bank ATMs. For Fidelity Cash Management Account owners, Youth Account(R) owners or Fidelity Account(R) owners, coded Premium, Active Trader VIP, Private Client Group, Wealth Management, or former Youth Account(R) owners, your account will automatically be reimbursed for all PNC ATM fees charged while using the Fidelity(R) Debit Card. ATMs with the Allpoint or MoneyPass logos will continue to provide a surcharge-free ATM experience. 1149536.1.0

I assume all ATM fees, not just those from PNC, will continue to be reimbursed as advertised.
I see the same on my June statement, but only on my Health Savings Account. Are you seeing it for your CMA or Brokerage account?
I see this on my statement that includes my Brokerage and CMA accounts.

FYI, I called Fidelity and the rep said that there will be no change to the card number, exp date, CVV code, and they are not issuing new cards.
I see this on my statement also. Currently supposedly the debit card reimburses fees at Visa, Plus, and Star ATMs. That pretty much means all ATMs. Changing it to only Allpoint and MoneyPass would be a severe limitation. Is that really what's happening?

The wording of the statement is confusing. It sort of sounds like this just means that because PNC will no longer run the card, there will be a fee charged at PNC ATMs now, but that will be reimbursed just as other ATM fees are reimbursed. But that at Allpoint and MoneyPass ATMs there is no fee (so no fee to reimburse). But the statement doesn't clarify that ATM fees are reimbursed anyway, so the change doesn't really affect debit card users.
