Questions:
1.I’m not sure why PAS has some of our funds in both the mutual fund version and the ETF version. Is there any advantage to keeping funds in Admiral Funds? Will we lose access to Admiral Funds when we drop PAS?
I don't know why they did that either. Having both share classes of the same fund is unnecessary and adds complexity for no benefit.

The question about ETF versus mutual fund is commonly asked. See https://www.bogleheads.org/wiki/ETFs_vs_mutual_funds to learn more about the pros and cons of each.

In my opinion the differences between them are small; it comes down to your personal preference.

After deciding which kind you prefer, sell the other kind and use the proceeds to buy the preferred kind.
3.Will the funds from the PAS managed accounts be moved to our self-managed accounts? What happens to the accounts managed by PAS? Will they be closed? Will we lose lot details for each fund held in the accounts managed by PAS?
I have not used PAS but from what I understand your PAS managed accounts are basically Vanguard brokerage accounts. I don't know exactly how the closure works (it's probably documented in one of the forms you got) but regardless you will not lose lot details -- the law requires brokerages to keep track of basis, and that includes when assets are transferred from one account to another or from one brokerage to another.
