i don't really drink anymore as it just makes me fall asleep, but if you like botanical flavors, i will add:
cocktails--- look up the Last Word (someone mentioned this already so seconding this), the Verdant Lady, and to a lesser degree (in terms of botanical-heavy, but still delicious) the French 75. Last Word/Verdant Lady include Chartreuse and are very botanically and delicious in my opinion. As another poster mentioned the Vesper is also delicious,
For gin itself personally I feel hendricks is botanical-heavy, but now I find it cloyingly sweet and pretty much avoid it. I really like Roku as it has a nice balance of flavors and some unique japanese-native flavors like sakura, shishito pepper, and tea leaves. Citadelle has some special versions which are more botanical flavored too.
