I'll start at 2017, when life got going in the right direction.

My wife started her career and we moved to a LCOL area. Household income was about $140k then, increasing to about 165k in 2022. Currently aged 31m/28f.

2017: -135k
2018: -86k
2019: -35k
2020: 30k
2021: 70k
2022: 120k

If all goes according to plan, over the next 36 months we should be debt free and at around 200k household income.
Time for an update!

2017: -135k
2018: -86k
2019: -35k
2020: 30k
2021: 70k
2022: 120k
2023: 260k
2024: 516k

34m/30f, married. Still not debt free but close, we have enough cash to clear the ledger at any time but debt interest is far lower than savings interest at the moment. Household income is up to 225k, added one child to the household and a second is on the way.
