Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Re: HSA "shoebox" documentation

Thanks all for the insight and conversation. For some additional background, I've been contributing to my HSA for 4+ years now, but just recently getting around to the "shoe box" documentation for a bulk reimbursement when I retire circa 2050. Going forward, I do plan to keep the actual receipts for my and my young kids' (who are also on my HDHP) medical/dental/pharma expenses.

The spreadsheet shared is a download from my insurance provider looking back as far as their records go, basically I'm hoping it'll be sufficient as a one-time quick and easy retroactive record. I'll call my HSA provder (Fidelity) this week and see if they have any advice. Will let y'all know what I hear!
