I am with the Bank of America and switch b/w their gold and platinum levels due to keeping some high balances.
But they seem to always get you with weird fees and are very reluctant to reverse them. For example, they messed up a check of mine (they admit it's their fault) and they suggested I move money from another account to pay the merchant while they fixed it up. But in doing so I triggered a fee for having a lower than $5K balance in the second account! What irks me is that they asked me to do this and it was their problem to begin with. The account representative I spoke to to reverse the fee said there is nothing they can do about it.
So I'm done with them. Which larger high quality bank (I need good ATM coverage) has a reasonable fee structure and actually is classy?
