I had already moved lots of $ to ishares and schwab ETFs.Wow. Would others such as Black Rock, Fidelity and State Street follow suit.
This is Vanguard playing catchup in many cases.
For instance SGOV was cut to match VUSXX, now VUSXX is cheaper.
I had moved from VEA to IDEV @ ishares long ago, for TLH with bonus of lower er. Now Vanguard is lower
