Bogleheads:

I have been a Vanguard investor for more than 50 years and a very satisfied customer. I would not consider moving to another mutual fund company.
I'm not at 50 years (21 maybe?), but I feel the same. And I have a 401(k) at Schwab and a 401(k) and HSA at Fidelity. So I know them as well. For 99% of what I do, the experience is identical. But the funds aren't. I currently use one Schwab ETF, one Fidelity Mutual Fund, two Avantis funds with their DFA equivalents as tax loss harvesting partners, two Blackrock ETFs as tax loss harvesting partners, and a whole lot of Vanguard.

That said, I could move to Fidelity this week and the only real loss I would feel is earning a lower rate on my cash. If you don't like Vanguard for any reason, there are other great options.
