As always .. the difference between owning and renting / leasing.As it happens, I was just streaming the soundtrack for Oh Brother, Where Art Thou and noticed that the first two tracks are missing, probably some issue with rights. This was on Qobuz but I checked a few other services and the tracks are missing there too. CDs don't have this problem.
In the latter you are subject to the whims of the owners, with the former you are in control.
