At some point you are going to learn what happens when you try to balance too many things: one of them falls to the floor and smashes.

You cannot balance all these things. You have to prioritize. No one can choose for you, but it's clear that you do not really have enough money to do all the things you've listed as priorities. You cannot fully support your parents, travel lavishly, semi-retire with $1M at age 40, move out, and form a family and raise kids with your girlfriend, all at the same time. You must choose some of those goals to scale down or drop. It is best to make a conscious choice, because even if you don't choose, you are choosing.

Right now, using the numbering system in your first post, you are really prioritizing #1 and #2 over #3. So it is likely that #3 will fall to the floor and smash. Your girlfriend has made her wishes clear. You are ignoring them.
