With the Apple Card, you can add them as authorized users and set the monthly and per transaction limits. The iPhone wallet app will breakdown their spending per category and give you the ability to view individual spending reports (weekly, monthly, etc.). The issued monthly statements also breakdown the spending per users.

With this account, I automatically transferred their monthly allowance and gave them the freedom to spend/save.
