I can say I had zero issues with my 2022 Vacasa rental in Virginia Beach, VA.

Did you rent directly from Vacasa?
Wondering if renting the unit through VRBO/Airbnb may provide protection that justifies paying $300 more than directly from Vacasa.

I booked via the Vacasa app or website. Can’t recall which. Had no need to contact them during or after my stay.

Going to OC for an event, therefore issues with a booking cancellation or with the condo would be especially problematic.
